Tracey Hennis; Social Worker, Best Interest Assessor, Practice Educator. (Dip SW, BA Hons, MA (Social Work) and Practice Educator.

Tracey is a qualified Social Worker registered with the HCPC. She has approximately 20 years’ experience working in local authority services most recently as a Care Manager and Practice Educator. She has supported Student Social Workers on their final placement and trainee Practice Educators; mentoring, completing direct observations of practice, mid and final placement reports. Within her role as Care Manager Tracey has experience with a wide range of client groups; Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury, Physical and Sensory Impairments and Substance Misuse. Tracey has experience carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Act Assessments, Specialist Reports for the Court of Protection and reviewing commissioned services Tracey has experience with the Relevant Persons Representative role within Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.

Graham Hennis; Social Worker & Best Interests Assessor (Diploma SW, BIA)

Graham is a qualified Social Worker registered with the HCPC with thirty years’ experience working within local authority services in a variety of roles, most recently as a Social Worker. Graham is a Best Interest Assessor and has been working within the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards since 2009.  Graham has experience with a wide range of client groups; Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Dementia, Stroke and Acquired Brain Injury, Physical and Sensory Impairments and Substance Misuse.   Graham has experience carrying out Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Act Assessments and Specialist Reports for the Court of Protection and reviewed commissioned services.  He has supervised individuals in the community under Ministry of Justice Orders and has represented individuals in Mental Health Review Tribunals and in Court.
